A legal scholar, Len has been a respected Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys and has been a frequent speaker on divorce matters before many professional organizations.

One of the founders of the firm with his wife, Kathryn Lazar, Robert contributes a keenly analytic legal mind, and although retired, continues to support the firm in complex matters.

Suzanne recently joined the firm as Director of Operations with more than fifteen years’ experience in law firm management. She earned her paralegal certificate from Marist College (now Marist University) and has been a paralegal for more than twenty-five years.

Lynn has served as Office Manager for more than twenty years. She has a prior background in bank security. She resides in Dutchess County with her family.

Sarah joined the Lazar Schwartz Jones team in January of 2020 with a paralegal certification from Dutchess Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY New Paltz. She is completing her final semester as a law student at Elizabeth Haub School of Law and Pace University.
